As of the 2:00pm advisory, TS Phillipe is presently located at 28.7N 75.4W, about 250 miles NE of Freeport Grand Bahama and about 3515 miles ENE of Vero Beach, FL. Phillipe has max sustained winds of 60 MPH and has forward movement ENE at 46 MPH. No coastal watches or warnings are in effect at this time. Phillipe has a well-defined low-level center but upper level winds from the NE are shearing the storm. A cold front and a deep-layer trough will turn him NE late this afternoon. Overnight, Phillipe will become an extratropical low pressure system overnight. It is expected that he will merge with another extratropical low over New England.

There are no other tropical systems out there, nor anything in the Eastern North Pacific to watch, at this time.
